Admission Procedure

  • A Completed Application  form is required downloadable from www.bmuniversity.com
  • Photocopy of all the certificates & diplomas
  • Referance letter
  • Official English exam result (if applicable)
  • 2 passport sized photos
  • Photocopy of your passport
  • Receipt for the payment of the application fee : CHF 150.

How to Enroll

Once the applicant has paid the necessary application fees and followed the necessary procedure, a username and password will be sent through which they can register for their respective courses.

Admission decision

Application documents are examined by the admission committee according to the university regulations.The acceptance or rejection notice wil normally be sent to applicants within 7 working days, after which students should pay the amount of the first year's tuition fee to the indicated university account.

Admission letter

After receiving all necessary payments, an admission letter will be sent to the applicant.

Refunds Policy

  • If an admitted student has to cancel his/her registration for any reasons whatsoever, the refund of the tuition fees will be handled as follows.
  • Refund of 100% if institute receives the cancellations more than 16 weeks prior to the beginning of the course.
  • No refund if the University receives the cancellation during the 10 weeks preceding the beginning of the course.
  • No refund if an admitted student postpones his/her entry to the University and then postpones or cancels the registration again.
